SDLX Expert Tip 1 How do you get SDLX to ignore hidden text?

Here’s how.

– Do CTRL- H to open the replace box. Position the cursor in the
“Find What” box.

– Click More>> in the bottom left.

– Click Format, Font.

– Choose the Red color from the drop-down box. Click OK. It should
now say “Font Color: Red” underneath the “Find What” box.

– Position the cursor in the “Replace With” box.

– Click Format, Font.

– Check the “Hidden” checkbox. Click OK. It should say “Hidden”
underneath the “Replace With” box.

– Click Replace All, and voilà.

All your red text should now be hidden.

Now create a new ITD from this file and translate it.

Once you’re done, open your translated DOC, and just to the same thing
backwards to replace Hidden Text by Red.
